How does EM Work?
The applications for EM are incredibly diverse. From applications to soil and plants, to enhance growing conditions, to the other extreme applications in waste water and solid waste processing. How can EM work in so many situations? Well a key reason is that EM contains a diverse mix of essential microorganisms. These microorganisms work together as a team. As in teamwork, different members of the team have different functions.
When EM is applied into different situations, it adapts by adjusting its team members (microbe species), so that the dominant role may shift between groups of players, and they adapt to the situation of application…..Think of the analogy of a rugby game! When conditions are wet and heavy the tight forwards dominate the game. When conditions are dry and firm, then the backs dominate. EM works the same way, the microbes combine in teamwork, adapting and adjusting to the conditions they encounter. This is why EM works in diverse situations.
